Hi friends, we are super delighted to announce another FREE in store for your eyes and ears…

We are very pleased to welcome BLOSSOMS to our store made of pastry, for an exclusive acoustic performance before they headline the Wedgewood Rooms that evening.

On Wednesday 21st October, we’ll be opening our doors at 6:15pm, and it’s first come first (let in) served. The performance will start at 6:30pm – and it’s completely free entry.

You can gain priority entry by ‘click&collecting’ the guys latest EP Blown Rose HERE.

This means you will gain admittance at an earlier time, collect your record ready to sign and have the best seat (although you’ll be standing) in the house! Again, first come first served.

More info on the guys and their new EP below.

Produced by James Skelly and Rich Turvey at Parr St, with the lead track mixed by David Wrench (Caribou/Jungle/FKA Twigs/JamieXX)’ the EP sees Blossoms expand on their first two releases, channeling their signature style – a hybrid of psych pop and rock ‘ n ‘ roll, a sound that has seen their fan base rapidly grow. Blossoms are a five-piece band from Stockport – who in a relatively short space of time (forming in late 2013) – have performed at festivals including SXSW, The Great Escape, Liverpool Sound City, T in the Park, Latitude as well playing two shows in Tokyo. The band will be appearing at several other UK festivals this summer including Reading and Leeds and Kendal Calling.

Since releasing their debut single ‘Blow’ at the end of 2014, Blossoms have gone from strength to strength – selling out London’s Barfly and adding a third Manchester date due to popular demand and playing the BBC Introducing and PRS for Music Stage at SXSW. The band even reached No.7 in the UK’s first ever Vinyl Chart.

Lead singer Tom said: “We didn’t even know it was happening! We woke up and saw our names next to fucking Bowie and Noel Gallagher, I thought it had been a mistake!”

The band are due to appear on the festival scene over the coming months playing at T in the Park, Festival No.6, Kendal Calling, Liverpool Sound City and more, before embarking on their own headline tour in October.
