THE BUILD UP TO RSD 2014 continues…Another event to wet the eyes and appetite…
On Wednesday 16th of April at 7:00pm we are extremely excited to show in our little shop, the incredible docu-film ‘Last Shop Standing’ the rise and fall, and rise again of British record shops.
What’s more, we will be serving our award winning pie and mash, to accompany the visuals.
And then, with belly’s full – the showing will be followed by a talk from the author of the famous book GRAHAM JONES.
The talk will include a general Q&A session, whilst giving you the chance to meet the great man and share memories of the many record shops that have been open in Portsmouth over the years.
Graham is a living monument to the record shops, and bleeds shellac. He has been to more record shops than any living human alive. FACT.
